Lansing Assembly has been making disciples in the Lansing area for over 50 years.

Lansing Assembly of God began on July 4, 1971 with founding Pastors David and Julie Leatherberry; the first service being held at Nathan Hale Elementary School.

When the Leatherberrys became missionaries in western Asia, Pastor Bob Neuman and his wife Judy lead the church for the next 43 years until 2018.

In 1981, the Lansing Community Food Pantry was established by Pastor Bob and Judy Neuman to bring Christ's love and serve the needs to the community. Throughout its 40 year operation, the pantry has only missed one week of distributing food.

Pastor Lester Brown is the fifth and current leader of Lansing Assembly. He is passionate about making disciples for Jesus Christ.
